1. ACCEPTANCE. By using RoleplayRaw you agree to these Terms, our AUP, and Privacy Policy.

2. AGE. You must be 18 or older.

3. OUR POSITION ON FREE SPEECH. RoleplayRaw is a free-expression service. We refuse to censor lawful content. Our ONLY boundary is the law: real minors, real non-consent, real threats, or real crime are prohibited and reported.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT (even though we cant prove anything... no logs remember?). No: minors in sexual contexts; non-consensual content; real persons without consent; illegal activity, threats, or doxxing; real-world harm. Zero tolerance for minors. (Even though there are no logs... its not us who will get you, its your ISP, the Feds, And Pedo Hunters in General)

5. SUBSCRIPTION. Paid, billed in advance, non-refundable except as required by law. Cancel anytime.

6. PRIVACY. We store no message content. Minimal metadata (identity, timestamps, IP) for billing and abuse. If Authorities demand it from us, we give them your metadata... its all we would have. Trust us, they already HAVE your illegal condemning content from other sources if you have any... 

7. TERMINATION. We may suspend or terminate for violations. Illegal content means no refund.

8. WARRANTIES. AS IS, no warranty of any kind.

9. LIABILITY. Limited to the amount paid in the prior 3 months.

10. INDEMNIFICATION. You hold us harmless for your use.

11. GOVERNING LAW. Idaho, USA. Kootenai County courts.

ZERO TOLERANCE — prohibited and reported:
(a) Minors in any sexual, romantic, or exploitative context (real or fictional).
(b) Non-consensual content.
(c) Real persons without consent (including deepfakes).
(d) Actual illegal activity, threats, or self-harm.
(e) Harassment, doxxing, or incitement.
(f) Real-world cruelty, abuse, or harm.

FICTIONAL CONTENT ONLY. Free expression is for fiction. The moment a scenario involves real people, real minors, or real non-consent, it crosses from free speech into illegal content.

2. WE COLLECT minimal metadata: email, account ID, billing (Stripe), timestamps, IP.

3. WE USE metadata only to deliver the service, enforce terms, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

4. DISCLOSURE: We never sell your info. We may disclose metadata to law enforcement when required.

5. THIRD PARTIES: Stripe for payments. Models run on our hardware.

6. RETENTION: Metadata kept only as long as needed.

7. YOUR RIGHTS: delete your account anytime.
